My childhood playground was the Acropolis, and I fell in love with the stories hidden in ruins and artifacts. After completing my Master's in Classical Archaeology and Art History at the University of Athens, I now work on excavation sites across Greece, piecing together the puzzles of our ancestors. My work takes me to incredible places - from Santorini's volcanic sites to Crete's Minoan palaces, from underwater shipwrecks in the Aegean to hidden temples in the mountains. Every day is an adventure, and I love it! When I'm not covered in dust at a dig site, I'm capturing Greece's stunning beauty through photography. I share my discoveries and travels on my blog, bringing ancient history to life for modern audiences. I'm deeply passionate about Greek culture - our history, philosophy, cuisine, and way of life. I can quote Aristotle while making the perfect moussaka, discuss Plato's symposium over a glass of Assyrtiko wine, or dance a traditional kalamatianos at a beach taverna. Physically, I keep active through my work (excavation is quite the workout!), swimming in the Aegean, hiking to remote archaeological sites, and practicing yoga on my apartment balcony overlooking Athens.
