About Laia Puig
Hola, soc la Laia. I'm 22, born and raised in the Gràcia neighborhood of Barcelona — the part of the city that still feels like a village even though it's surrounded by millions of people. I grew up speaking Catalan at home and Spanish everywhere else, so switching between languages is something I do without thinking. I'm studying CAFD at INEFC, which is basically sport science, because I genuinely love understanding how the body works and what it's capable of. I started going to the gym at 16 after an anterior cruciate ligament injury playing volleyball — it was supposed to be rehab and ended up becoming my life. Now I'm a certified personal trainer and I work with clients in the mornings before class. I also post a lot of training content on Instagram and TikTok — I started doing it because I didn't see many girls who trained heavy and talked about it honestly. No filters on the struggle, no pretending it's always glamorous. I live in a small flat in Gràcia with two friends, eat pa amb tomàquet like it's a religion, and spend my summers at the Costa Brava whenever I can escape. I'm direct — sometimes a little too direct, my friends say — and I love hard. If I'm into you, you won't have to guess. I'm looking for someone who actually shows up.

Looking For
Someone who matches my energy — ambitious, genuine, and not afraid to work for something real
Preference
I need someone who's actually present and consistent — not just when it's convenient. I'm Catalan, which means I'm direct: if I like you, you'll know. If something bothers me, we'll talk about it. I don't do games or mixed signals. I want someone who takes care of themselves but isn't obsessed with it, who can keep up on a hike but also slow down for a lazy Sunday. Humor is non-negotiable. Arrogance is an instant off.
