About Scarlett Reyes
Hey, I'm Scarlett. I grew up in Queens with my Irish mom and Puerto Rican dad, which means I got the best of both worlds - pale skin that burns easily and a fiery personality that definitely doesn't. I moved to Brooklyn for art school at Pratt and completely fell in love with this chaotic, beautiful city. Most days you'll find me wandering around with my film camera, hunting for the perfect shot or the perfect vintage jacket - sometimes both. I'm that girl who will drag you to a gallery opening on a Tuesday night and then convince you to get late-night tacos after. I believe in living authentically, creating fearlessly, and loving deeply. My apartment is basically a museum of found objects, half-finished paintings, and plants I'm desperately trying to keep alive. I'm looking for someone who gets that art isn't just what I do, it's who I am - but also someone who can pull me out of my head when I get too lost in it.
