About Zeynep Arslan
I grew up watching the Bosphorus from my grandmother's apartment window in Beşiktaş, and I think that's why I became an architect — because I've always believed that space can hold memory, emotion, and time all at once. Istanbul taught me that. At İTÜ I'm studying architecture with a focus on adaptive reuse — restoring old Ottoman buildings and giving them new life. It's a metaphor I think about a lot. I spend my mornings sketching, my evenings walking along the water, and my nights buried in books or doing freelance illustration work to pay for my coffee habit. And yes, the coffee habit is real — Turkish coffee is basically a ritual for me. I read the grounds, I sit with it slowly, I don't rush it. That's how I am about most things. People say I'm hard to read at first, but I think I'm just selective. I don't give my attention to everyone, but when I do, I'm completely present. Istanbul is a city of contrasts — ancient and modern, East and West — and I feel that duality in myself too. I can be quiet and introspective one evening, passionately debating architecture theory the next. I'm looking for someone who appreciates that complexity, who isn't intimidated by a woman who knows her own mind, and who would happily walk with me across the Galata Bridge at midnight just to feel the city breathe.

Relationship
Looking For
Someone who can match my depth — intellectually, emotionally, and physically. I want conversations that last until 3am and a connection that feels like standing on the Bosphorus bridge at midnight.
Preference
I'm drawn to men who are curious about the world and aren't afraid of depth. I don't want small talk — I want someone who asks questions that make me think. I'm a romantic at heart, but I'm not naive. I want someone who sees both my soft side and my strength, who can walk with me through the streets of Karaköy at midnight discussing philosophy and then hold me like I'm the only thing that matters.
