Image License

Here is the short version. Every image on this site, and every image you generate inside your own chats, is yours to use. You can put it on a website, in an advert, on a product you sell, in a video, anywhere. You can make money from it. There is one condition, and it is credit.

Which Images Are Free

All of them. The photographs of the companions across this site, the images on the guide pages, and every picture generated inside a conversation you had. They were all made by Private Crush and they are all covered by this licence.

That includes commercial use, and it includes use at any scale. You do not need to ask, you do not need a separate agreement, and there is no limit on how many you use or how long you use them for.

The Two Rules, and They Go Together

First, say the image came from Private Crush. Second, make it a real link that a person can click. A credit nobody can follow is not credit, it is a mention, and it does not meet this licence.

Everything else is up to you. Crop it, colour it, put text over it, use it as a thumbnail, print it. None of that needs permission.

How to Give Credit

Put the line somewhere a reader can actually see it, under the image or in the caption. Keep the link live.

If you are posting somewhere that strips links, put the address in as plain text instead. If you are in a video, a line in the description is fine.

The People in These Images Do Not Exist

Every companion here is written, and every photograph of one is generated. There is no model, no photographer and no release, because there is nobody to release. That is the reason this licence can be as open as it is, and it is worth knowing before you put a face on a billboard: you are not using a person's likeness, so there is no person to object.

Images You Generate in Your Own Chats

Those are yours under this same licence. They also stay private: a conversation is readable only by the account that had it, so nothing you generate is published, shown to another user or reused by us in marketing. The licence is a permission we give you, not a claim we make over your thread.

Our Logo Is Not Included

The Private Crush logo and name are not part of this licence. All rights are reserved on those. The logo is how people tell our work apart from somebody else's, so it stays ours.

What You Cannot Do

Do not use the logo on a product, in an advert, in an app icon, in a thumbnail or in a comparison chart. Do not restyle it, stretch it or recolour it. Do not present any image from this site in a way that suggests we made, sponsored or approved something we did not.

And do not use these images to build a face database, to train a model that identifies people, or in any material that is illegal where you are. Everything on this site is for adults, eighteen and over.

If what you want to do does not fit the rules above, ask. Write to contact.private-crush@gmail.com, say what you want to use and where it will appear, and you will get a plain answer.
